Account verification

When you open your account, we verify your identity using your phone number and email. This protects your account from unauthorized access and keeps your withdrawals safe.

Payment security

Every deposit and withdrawal is encrypted end-to-end. DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS transactions are logged with timestamps; you can see the full history in your wallet tab.

Cookie policy

We use cookies to remember your login, keep you logged in across sessions, and track which games you visit. You can clear cookies anytime in your browser settings.

Data retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. After you close it, we retain transaction records for five years for legal compliance, then delete the rest.

Request changes

To update your personal details, change your email, or correct a payment method, go to Account Settings in the app. Changes take effect within hours.

Request deletion

To close your account and request data deletion, email [email protected] with your account email and the word 'DELETE'. We'll close it and confirm via email within five business days.

Your questions about prototo's legal terms answered

You own your account and all funds in it. prototo holds the wallet and processes transactions, but the money is always yours. You can withdraw it anytime to your DANA, OVO, GoPay, QRIS or bank account. We never claim funds you don't use.

Your account and funds remain yours. If prototo undergoes a change, we're required to notify you by email and give you time to withdraw. Your data is transferred securely, and your access continues under the same terms.

Yes. If a withdrawal failed or you spot an error, contact [email protected] within 14 days with your transaction ID. Include a screenshot of the issue. We investigate and refund or correct the transaction within three business days.

We collect your phone, email and name to verify your identity and process payments. We don't sell your data. We only share it with payment partners like DANA and OVO to clear your deposits. You can request a full copy of your data anytime.

Your account is protected by your login email and password. If you lose your device, log out remotely through your email or contact support to freeze your account. Change your password immediately to regain access.
